- Offer a walk-through of your business premises to determine if any security needs might be improved upon.
- Provide armed response to your business when the alarm activates.
- Determine whether the alarm is false or active by conducting an exterior search of the building.
- Provide perimeter security should it be determined that a break-in as occurred.
- Notify and await the arrival of the appropriate Law Enforcement Agency and provide them with any information they may need.
- Make contact with the on-call person for your business advising them of the situation and remaining at the business until the responsible person arrives.
- Make sure the your business premises are secure before leaving.
- Provide your business with a list of all alarm responses and reports.
- Will testify in court should a suspect be arrested.
